EXAM REGISTRATION FOR THE JANUARY EXAMINATION TERM IN THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR to be held from August 9 to August 16, 2025

Registering of exams for Master in European Integration for January examination term, academic year 2024/2025, will be conducted from July 25th to July 31st, 2025. January examination term will last from August 9th to August 16th 2025, in accordance with the Decision of the Teaching and Scientific Council from July 21st 2025.

Exam registration is possible for courses attended in both the fall and spring semesters.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. ALL STUDENTS shall register exams by the students` e-account. Students who have not created their personal e-account yet are asked to make it in accordance with the instructions available at the Faculty webpage: http://info.ius.bg.ac.rs/newsonepost.aspx?id=44&grupaid=37&studijeid=2 (Students` info/master academic studies/Important information – obligatory creation of the order for electronic evidence of students).

Students who registered for exams in the January examination term back in December 2024 do not need to register again. If they do not wish to take the exams, they can cancel their registration via the e-student platform during the period from July 25 to July 31, 2025. If they paid the exam registration fee but wish to cancel the exam, they should contact the Office for Master and Doctoral Studies (e-mail: pds@ius.bg.ac.rs) in order to use the payment for exam registration in future examination terms.

  • Students enrolled for the first time in 2024/2025 academic year do not pay first two registrations of exams.
  • Students who re-enrolled in the 2024/2025 academic year do not pay the first registration of exams.
  1. Payment for registration of exams:
  • citizens of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic Srpska – 6.000,00 RSD per exam.
  • foreign students – 100 Euro (in RSD) per exam.
  • Students enrolled in the academic year 2023/2024, as well as students from earlier generations who have a regulated status in the academic year 2024/2025, are required to pay fee for each exam registration.

Payment for registration of exams after the registration deadline (after July 31st 2025), and until the beginning of the January examination term (before August 9th 2025):

  • citizens of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska – 2.200,00 dinars per exam.
  • foreign students – 40 Euro (in RSD) per exam.

Payment is to be conducted to the Faculty of Law bank account 840-1439666-55

– in the frame called “broj modela” (model number) students are supposed to write 97,

– in the frame called “poziv na broj” (referential number) students shall write the unique controlling number, which is available for each student at his/her own e-account.

There must be enough money at the student`s account for the exam registration.

We are emphasizing that payments, depending on the time of its realization, can be late even up to 4 days (payment done on Thursday afternoon will be available at the Faculty account on Monday).

  1. All students will be allowed to register for exams in the January examination term regardless of any unpaid tuition fees.

The tuition installment payment deadlines are

  • 60% of the total tuition fee – by August 17, 2025;
  • 20% of the total tuition fee – by September 10, 2025;
  • 20% of the total tuition fee – by October 10, 2025.
