NOTICE ON ENROLMENT

Candidates who have submitted an application for enrollment in the Master Academic Studies – Master in European Integration for the 2025/2026 academic year are hereby informed that ENROLMENT will take place on Monday, 17 November, and Tuesday, 18 November 2025, according to the following schedule:

  • 17 November: 11:00–15:00
  • 18 November: 11:00–17:00

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT:

  • Student booklet (index) with the first page filled in and a 35 x 45 mm photograph (not from a photo booth); the protective foil included with the index SHOULD NOT be attached;
  • One application form (ŠV-20 – https://publikacije.stat.gov.rs/G2025/Pdf/G202524059.pdf); a 35 x 45 mm photograph (not from a photo booth) should be attached in the upper right corner;
  • Original proof of payment of the first instalment of the tuition fee to the account of the Faculty of Law 840-1439666-55, reference number: 540
  • Citizens of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska – 40,000 RSD;
  • Foreign citizens – 600 EUR in RSD equivalent at the NBS middle exchange rate on the day of payment.

Candidates enrolling again (with recognition of previously attended classes and passed exams) pay a tuition fee proportionate to the number of remaining ECTS credits (1 ECTS = 1,500 RSD for citizens of Serbia and the Republic of Srpska and 1 ECTS = 35 EUR in RSD equivalent at the NBS middle exchange rate for foreign citizens – Practical Skills – 3 ECTS, Introduction to the Legal System of the EU – 5 ECTS, Introduction to the Political System of the EU – 5 ECTS, Introduction to the Economic System of the EU – 5 ECTS, elective courses (three in total) – 8 ECTS each, Master’s thesis – 18 ECTS.

Tuition fee instalment deadlines are: second instalment – 20 December 2025; third instalment – 20 April 2026; fourth instalment – 20 April 2026.

  • Original proof of payment of 300 RSD for the University of Belgrade Career Development Centre, paid to the Faculty’s account 840-1439666-55, reference number: 540 (this fee is also paid by students financed from the budget of the Republic of Serbia)
  • Two copies of the study contract, obtained at the Master and Doctoral Studies Office.

The student booklet (index) and application form may be purchased at the Faculty bookstore (working hours until 15:00).

Notes:

Enrollment of candidates from the Final Ranking List who are still undergoing the procedure of recognition of a foreign higher education qualification will be carried out conditionally, until the University of Belgrade issues the appropriate decision.

Candidates who completed their undergraduate studies at an institution other than the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Law, and who submitted a certificate of graduation and transcript of records during the application process because their diploma had not yet been issued, are required to submit certified copies of their diploma and diploma supplement no later than within one year.

After enrollment, all students must, using their new index number (from the master academic studies), create an account for the electronic student registry and complete the electronic ŠV form. Otherwise, it will not be possible to register for or take exams.
