According to the Statute of Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, Article 72, para. 4, students enrolled in master academic studies, Master in European Integration in academic 2023/2024 year and who do not finish it until 14th of November 2025 have the possibility to submit a request for extending the deadline for the completion of studies for another academic year.
Regulation of the status of the abovementioned students will be carried out from Monday, 24th of November until Friday, 28th of November 2025 in accordance to working hours of the Office for master and doctoral studies (every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 to 13:30; every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00 to 17:30).
The students have to submit:
- an index,
- a request for extending the deadline for the completion of studies (in free form),
- documentation which confirms the reasons for not completing the studies on time which are mentioned in the request (confirmation of employment, medical documentation, etc.),
- proof of fee payment:
*citizens of Republic of Serbia and Republic of Srpska: 22.000,00 dinars;
*foreign citizens: 330 euros (RSD counter value, middle exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment).
The payment can be done in four equal installments: I installment can be paid at enrollment, II installment until December 31st 2025, III installment until February 20th 2026 and IV installment until April 20th 2026 (students whose Master’s thesis defense is scheduled before 20th of April 2026 are obligated to pay the fee before the Master’s thesis defense).

After the regulation of the status, all students are required to update electronic ŠV-form on e-student account.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Students who do not regulate their status within the specified deadline, as well as those who do not fill the electronic ŠV form, will not be able to take exams or defend their final thesis in the 2025/2026 academic year.
